Socbou recommended you to maintain your barbecue to follow these steps:
As a first step, cover with aluminum foil where coal bucket goes. This course will facilitate the cleaning of it. For both the remains, as the fat derived from food, will be isolated. Only have to be a little careful not to tear the foil, then remove it without problems.
